I waited for over an hour… I was the first appt of the day at 0800 and lights were out/ no front desk staff showed up until about 30 min past my appt. At about 45 min past my all in time, I was given the forms to fill out. It was about 75 minutes after my appointment time that someone took me back to sit in the exam room. I have Tricare prime. Way below the standard.

This clinic has an amazing staff and providers. It was definitely a great experience.

My mother had an appointment at 9am. We arrived early, completed paperwork and were in the exam room by 9 and told that the doctor would be right in. We waited and waited. We heard him talk to another patient and then went into his office for a phone call. He was on the phone, speakerphone with doors open for at least thirty minutes. I gathered that he was having trouble logging into an account. Had 2 appointments 1 at 230 and 1 at 3 Got there at 230 and at 315 I walked out The respiratory therapist who I was to see at 230 spent several visits joking and talking with front office girls knowing she had patients waiting for her. 6 months ago same issues. Never again !
