Rarely have to wait. Everyone is so nice & helpful. Dr. Davis is wonderful. She listens to you. And she follows through with referrals & contacting you with labs results. With her, I feel healthier than I have in years. The nurses are always professional but very pleasant which sets the tone of the visit. And last but not least the ladies upfront are always welcoming (actually look at you & ask how you are doing which is extremely rare in most Doctor offices).They are very helpful when I questions or need to change appointme... read more
Staff is rude, condescending and want to toss money 💰 in your face when you walk in!!!! Judging people and telling people they wont be seen if they cant pay a bill etc etc etc. So Healthcare has truly come down to dollars vs people. Very sad people have to worry about being ill amd not going to a dam doctor bc of their staff and secretaries being rude and shitty to patients. Being a former medical professional that makes me pissed and sad at the same time. But I will be sending this office to the medical boards of virginia ... read more
VCU has never failed to dissapoint me. Today, having found a used hypodermic needle at the parking lot, I brought it inside for proper sharps disposal. When they found out I wasn't a patient they refused to dispose of the needle. Wow.
