This doctor was dismissive and rude. I asked for a simple and routine follow up blood test for my Hashimoto’s and was denied and brushed off. I felt unheard and invalidated and switched doctors after this incident despite having been with her for a while. Once I wasn’t an “easy patient” and had to advocate for myself is when she was no longer a good fit for me.
I live in Clarksville indiana and drive 20-25 minutes to see Dr. Stroot. She is an exemplary Dr, very knowledgeable, kind and thorough. The best Dr I have ever had. Office girls are nice too.
Dr Stroot has never rushed my appointments I have always been able to get in there pretty fast she's always listening to my concerns in my chart.
Dr. Stroot is a great doctor, but the way they have their billing set up sucks! I have always paid on my bills. I don't make much but I continually paid because I am a responsible person. When I got a bigger bill and tried to set up a payment plan offering monthly payments of what I could afford, I was told their system wouldn't allow a plan with that low of a payment.
