Clarksville Limb and Brace is fantastic. My children have received several pairs of custom orthotics over the past 3 years; they are reasonably priced and well made. The staff is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We are grateful for this business.

This office makes some of the best AFO’s I have ever ordered. We’ve been to multiple facilities including Hanger Clinic and the AFO’s from this facility are made flawlessly. The orthodiat who works here is very skilled and knowledgeable. We have never had issues with rubbing or tightness. I highly recommend this office.

I was told my brace would take 2 to 3 weeks to be finished I called at the end of 3 weeks not in yet will call me when in that was 2 weeks ago I tried calling today and was sent to voicemail do NOT use this company no customer service at all

The front receptionist is rude, absolutely no customer service skills. They were suppose to call us when my sons brace was ready, they did not do that. We had no missed calls or voicemails although they claimed they left a message. When we told them that, they basically called us liars. I have my phone records for proof. She LAUGHED when we told her when we could come in for the appointment. When we went for the initial visit she was rude, on the phone was rude.. there is no warmth in the office. No customer service.
