I called today November 24th 2020 to try and set up an appointment as a new patient. Im in need of a Primary care physician. I asked if they were accepting new patients and they said yes. I was then asked what insurance I have which is blue cross blue shield in which they said I was good to go. Upon asking a few more question it was mentioned that I am a veteran with an active claim.
