Clarksville Housing Auth.. Is overall a good place, simply because they provide housing to people who are financially strapped, Young Single Mother's raising children, and the elderly who are financially troubled as well. Yet their apartments are not in the best of conditions. The management who runs this facility tends to be a good bit rude, disrespectful and full of themselves. If I could give 0 I would! Everyone's experience is different with the ASSISTANT property manager, Ross Dingleberry. He wants entirely way too much from these old buildings. You can call and call them to fix things. Maybe in a year or after you move it'll get done. Mold is growing inside of these buildings they never bat an eye. BUT let it be too much dust! We can complain and complain but we all know they're going to keep "ex" military ball checker Ross. He does as told like a good boy 🫶🏻
