Unprofessional , and a waste of time . Could be dying and they will tell you there’s nothing wrong.
Very nice place everyone very nice very clean dr. And nurses very nice friendly they really care about you .
I have been going to dr ruff for 2 year, I have complained about my ankle for the entire two years, shes done an xray and said it was nothing. The last appointment I went an appointment with Dr Raza hes a newish dr there and he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with me. DO NOT TRUST JESSICA RUFF.
Horrible customer service. I called at 4pm Wednesday to request an appointment. I was advised they only do same day scheduling and to call Thursday @ 8 am when they open. I even called back at 4:30 Wednesday to verify I was in the system and could be seen. Fast forward to Thursday morning 8:01 am. Called to schedule appointment and nobody answered. I left a message.
