When your on mental meds you need them to control your life and no dr has the right to control how many you can take when you need to take them everyday. A dr is supposed to care, I called my insurance and complained and they agreed with me that they have no right to control the meds I've been on for years. I got a new dr that dies cares
Don't know what happened to my prior review, but I felt it was important to add it again so the stars can go up some. I used to live in Houston before moving to Clarksville and I went to many very good clinics there. I can therefore state with utmost sincerity that this clinic rates as one of the best I have been to. Kerri is outstanding! I love the staff and the NP.
I would give zero stars if possible. The doctor is very nice and the nurse practitioner is very nice too; they are both excelente and professional. Doctor Kumar was my doctor for years and I was very happy with him too. The problem started when they brought a Hispanic lady to work there. Se is hateful, rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I decided to quit going to this clinic because of her. I was tired of dealing with her. By the way, I am Hispanic too.
Great care, always listens, booking appointments is quick and easy.
