Worst repair experience ever-unauthorized mileage, incomplete repairs, and safety issues. Took my vehicle here for an estimate on an auxiliary radiator. The shop performed unauthorized work I never approved, charged my deductible, and returned the vehicle in an incomplete and unsafe condition. Major issues encountered: 1. They stole my deductible. Never submitted the final bill to my insurance. Done an unauthorized job that I never approved of. They botched the job at that. So then I have a car with a EPC light on in limp mode. And to top it off they've been driving my car unauthorized for 37 miles plus another 50 somewhere else. They drove my car 89 mph on the highway in limp mode. Further destroying my engine.
