They stole my deductible. Never submitted the final bill to my insurance. Done an unauthorized job that I never approved of. They botched the job at that. So then I have a car with a EPC light on in limp mode. And to top it off they've been driving my car unauthorized for 37 miles plus another 50 somewhere else. They did a great job on repairing my vehicle after it was backed into, as well as hassling with the insurance company for me. They were professional & kept me in the loop the whole time. Absolutely recommend!
Worked on car sufficiently and great work, however, my car was completed during the week and I had to wait until Friday to pick up. I called and asked if it was ok if I picked it up after work Friday and was told that would be just fine. However, I wasn’t aware of the shop closing at noon. I was already out of pocket for my rental and had to pay out of pocket for 3 more days due to not being told that the shop closed early on Friday when I had asked if I could pick it up after work Friday.
