Be prepared to have a LONG wait. Our appointment was at 9:45am and we did not see the Dr until 10:50am. It would be nice if they would learn how to schedule their patients.
Dr. Shah was great but some of the front desk staff weren’t so great. There was an incident where I had a late onset anaphylactic reaction and someone from his office failed to relay that message to Dr. Shah, which ultimately was the reason I took my care to Vanderbilt. I can reach my provider with no problems now and communicate things like this immediately and directly to my provider, instead of a receptionist with an attitude. Would not recommend this office at all, very nice when you first start going then when you need something they will not call you back at all, I called them 28 times in two months. So I decided to start seeing Tennessee oncology and the staff at Dr Shah's is giving me a hard time about my records, when i call they are rude and hang up on me. I don't even want to rate them a 1.
