MILITARY BLUF/TLDR: strongly advise against choosing this company for your flooring needs during a PCS. Timelines kept shifting until ultimately getting blown off. We researched flooring companies in the area ~1.5 months before our PCS and ultimately decided to go with Clarksville Abbey Carpet and Floor since they ensured 2-3 days to receive any flooring samples and a 1.5-2 week turnaround time after making the flooring selections until completed install. Very helpful staff. They talked us through a major flooring project and took lots of time explaining the finer details so we could make a thoughtful choice.
Fantastic flooring store to do business with. We purchased flooring from Kevin at great price and they were ready in a few days to install!!! The workers were careful coming in and out of my house. They did excellent job of installation and cleaned up before they left my house.
