Rude !!!! Rent elsewhere. Bob, the manager Clarkstown will be arrogant and rude from your first dealings with him. I can generally shrug that off. Be aware, should there be ANY issue or complication, he will offend you to the point of shock. The breaking point which led me to post this was when he was nasty and insulting to my wife for no reason. This guy needs meds.
