My daughter lives in this complex. It's okay, but if you are dependent on maintenance in a timely manner, good luck! My daughter submitted over 10 work orders for her air conditioner in the middle of summer. They left the equipment in her unit for 5 days before they returned to complete the job.
I asked if I should put a 60 day notice in when I move out. The property manager Jordan said because I was month to month I can put in a 30 day notice. Upon me moving out he charges me for an extra months rent. I asked him several times why and he continuously lied for months instead of saying he made a mistake I needed a 60 day notice , apologizing and moving on. They don’t fix nothing I been here couple months now have mold in apartment have put in work orders nothing still done about it I’m looking to move before lease is up !!! Can’t live comfortably at all in this complex any recommendations on corporate?? Or should I call code enforcement
If the property manager dress like this don’t trust him. High water and high top shoes is diabolical. Don’t trust anything this guy says.
Worst people ever. Living here for over a decade and they don’t know how to manage. The management people has been changing a lot. When things are wrong in the house, they don’t come they come for like a week a month also. The corporation really needs to work on a better employee to manage this apartment home.
