amazing experience. props to the gentlemen on the front counter, the nurse and the doctor (apologies for not getting your names!) visited on 27/1/26 at 530pm (closing time of 6pm!) after an accident in the shed that needed stitches. I was quick to be booked in and seen, I was in and out all patched up in about 45 minutes, all covered under Medicare. Cant thank all the staff enough for their help!
Whats the point in these clinics when they are at capacity at 830am and turn you away? So much for helping the emergency departments. Nurse was extremely rude too as if everyone didn't need to be there.
Arrived from NZ christmas day boxing day went to the clinic to get a wound re packed and dressed the place was empty two people stud around saying it is quiet today. we said we would pay even though it is reciprocal health care with nz They said no thay would not do it. Useless. avoid this place and go to the next one which may be more helpful
