Disgusted. We turned up with our son who has a fever of 39.5 degrees, and feeling extremely unwell only to be told they were “too busy” and turned us away. We arrived at 5.30pm (before 6pm) and there were only 3 people waiting! And the government wonder why the emergency departments are so overcrowded!!!!
Went there with a possible fractured toe at 3.45PM, although clinic is open were told they won’t be ankle to take anymore patients, what’s the purpose of this clinic. Clinic is open till 6.30, and you sending people away from 03.45, that’s a joke
I can’t express enough gratitude towards the care team at Clarkson emergency care. The receptionist was just an angel. I can’t thank her enough for guiding me to come in to see a doctor when I was in excruciating pain. She was empathetic and compassionate. Next was the nurse Tracey I think her name was. I had a good experience at this urgent care. My child was attended by doctor twice in a day due to injury. Plus point of this care is BULk BILLING.
