Absolutely disgraceful treatment this morning! Arrived at 7.40 am to join a queue of 4 people. A nurse came out and said they were only going to take 8 patients at a time over a 3 hour period as there was only one doctor . Children were to be put ahead, even if they had arrived after people that had already queued up, didn't have a problem with that. So 3 children were put ahead of me making me the 8th patient. Terrible care.
Disgusted. We turned up with our son who has a fever of 39.5 degrees, and feeling extremely unwell only to be told they were “too busy” and turned us away. We arrived at 5.30pm (before 6pm) and there were only 3 people waiting! And the government wonder why the emergency departments are so overcrowded!!!!
Went there with a possible fractured toe at 3.45PM, although clinic is open were told they won’t be ankle to take anymore patients, what’s the purpose of this clinic. Clinic is open till 6.30, and you sending people away from 03.45, that’s a joke
