I have called 15 times today to try to talk to servicing, no answer. Often straight to voice mail. It's 2026, how do you not have a phone queue system? And why do you not answer the damn phone? Absolutely useless.
I recently bought a new Hyundai Kona and the entire experience was outstanding. William is so genuine and helpful and I commend him and all the staff at Clarkson Hyundai on their excellent customer service.
Defective workmanship, undisclosed damage, and refusal to remedy — avoid. I brought my vehicle to Clarkson Hyundai for a pre-booked, pre-paid nudge bar installation, rear step fitting, and scheduled service (booked and deposited 4–6 weeks in advance). What went wrong: — Nudge bar was installed with the bumper hacked rather than cut cleanly. Visible corrosion on the nudge bar within 4 weeks of fitting.
