Can never get ahold of them when trying to call in an order.
Excellent professional experience. Very caring group and while providing quality friendly service. Update: Return for annual check up. Dr. Long and Kendra were extremely helpful with my moving from gas permeable lenses to the soft contacts. Grateful for their patience and help.
I Scheduled an appointment at Masson and Manchester location . After a week they called me and say we are canceling your appointment. . Terrible service
Everything is overpriced. Options for glasses is a joke. Eye exam is a joke. Warranty is a joke. You literally have 100s of better ways to get glasses and contacts now.. why do people even still go here???
