I went to the Clarkson on Mason rd. two days ago when they first opened. I tried on many glasses and found a pair I wanted to purchase for $248.00 only to be told the price was almost double from what the frames price tag was in their system when I went to check out. The Manager Emily said she would get back to me with the correct pricing. After not hearing from her after 24hours left a message for her to call me. Never got a return call! I made an appointment for 11:20. I checked in 10 minutes before my appointment and waited 40 minutes before leaving. By the time I left, the person who was scheduled before me at 11 still hasnt been seen. They could have simply let me know that they were overbooked and offered to reschedule me. What is the point of me making an appointment if they are not going to see me at the scheduled time?
