Great and detailed service!
Great place if you want to feel like a number and be served by people who have no ability to solve problems and no problem charging you for their mistakes. Family of four having gone there for 5 years are now gladly taking our business elsewhere and I might add much closer to home. No sense going out of our way to go there when they won't put in minimal effort to address an issue they created. Oh, and blaming your computers is also not a good look.
