Amazing place all around! Dr. Bhaga is the best!
Upon arriving for my son’s appointment, we waited over an hour before the doctor finally came into the room, which is honestly ridiculous. After finally being seen, the doctor completely changed my son’s prescription and said his eyesight had gotten worse within just one year. It honestly felt more like they were trying to push a new prescription instead of actually helping. Then things got even worse at the front desk. AVOID. Billing department is a total joke. I paid quite a bit for the stellest glasses ($417) and they sent me another bill with even more $$$ ($291) before my insurance kicked in. I had to call and ask for sending the bill through insurance. I came here(despite some of these negative reviews here) on the recommendation of a friend but I would not recommend this place. Go to a place with more transparent billing.
Hi I want to just give an awesome review To Annette R. She is amazing and goes above and beyond as the office manager. She gives personal one on one care is patient. She really helps me each year to pick a good frame and it’s just so rare in this day and age to get the kind of top notch service she gives . She is kind and patient and just an all round gem of a person . Hold onto her Clarkson because she is one of a kind !
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by smiling faces. Was greeted right away. As I start to look at frames Donald introduced himself and away we went frame shopping. All the staff were great. Mia help me out the rest of the way. I was impressed with how busy it was and everyone was being attended to and greeted.
