When I showed up for my eye exam, it was a Saturday morning. It was not busy in the slightest. The associate who did the initial exam was very pleasant. After she showed me to my room, I proceeded to wait 25 minutes before the doctor saw me. Absolutely ridiculous. I brought my 5 yr old grandson here. The ladies were so amazing to him. They made the exam fun and made him lose any fear. They also took the time to help him pick glasses without rushing him at all. The doctor was very sweet too. She explained things very clearly. They make you feel like you’re the only one there.
