Went here for a routine eye exam and replacement contacts in 2021. Exam was pretty much like any other year except that I needed bifocal contacts. After several billing mistakes, they wound up charging me DOUBLE what I normally pay. This is with the same eye insurance I've used for years. Their excuse was that bifocal contacts required an elevated CL4 (level 4) exam, which was significantly more expensive. The exam was literally EXACTLY the same as any other year wth my old provider. Excellent service! Dr. Vargovick listened and really understood what I needed ("balance" between my eyes) and Carly was AMAZING when it came to frame selection and lens options. They also take Davis, which is UM's eye care plan.
Great place. Very helpful. Friendly staff. Will definitely use them from now on for my glasses.
