3/16/26 - ‘Hospitalized’[HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE] Trinity Location. M Dealt w/ rude office manager Misty 2 weeks prior (3/4) giving incorrect information on my insurance & problem w/ my lenses. She immediately ordered new lenses before we confirmed insurance/warranty coverage. My warranty expired 3/23 & Clarkson had me scheduled for annual exam on 3/30, past warranty. Extremely excellent service, from check-in, both exams, and sales. Highly knowledgeable professional staff. Both pair of glasses exceeded my expectations.
Everyone is so nice here. They don't make you feel rushed and genuinely care about your eyesight. This is the second time I have had a diabetic eye exam and it was very thorough.
The appointment was good everyone friendly and good. Will go back again.
