This place is the worst eye care practice in Cincinnati. Very unfriendly impersonal staff that can't do anything right. I've been going here for years and ever since Mark K retired this store has gone downhill. I just received a call from collections for a $67 balance and I go in the store all the time. No notice in the mail and no one at the store informed me of any balance until it was in collections. They jusy lost my whole family as clients.
