Excellent experience. Dr. Carr is outstanding, very knowlegeable, explains things well and very empathetic. The support staff and technicians are very friendly, efficient and are determined to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Recommend A++++
If I could give this place zero stars I would. It took over four months to get my sunglasses made with multiple times they came in wrong. They made no effort to compensate me and were rude about it. Overpriced and horrible service. Never ever will I be back. I recommend going anywhere but there.
Everyone is so efficient, and they treat everyone kindly. No pressure to purchase frames, etc. So pleased with the Dr. as he knows his stuff!
