They could not even show me the price minus insurance = what they asked me to pay. I should have walked away then. I made an appointment at Clarkson Eye care when my regular eye doctor was booking three months out. Everything at Clarkson was great! The techs were knowledgeable and efficient, the doctor was kind and took the time to explain things in a way that was clear. I’m planning to make this my new eye care provider!
I’ve been to this office before and not had issues. This past appointment was a very poor experience. The doctor was fairly rude and was rushing. I’m not confident that I even got my accurate prescription. He was moving so quickly through the exam that it was hard for me to tell what looked clearer with each lens change. I was pushed to try a new brand of contact, even though I liked my old ones.
