Everyone is so friendly and very helpful! It’s always a pleasure to see Dr. Reiss- he’s such a compassionate doctor and answers my questions so well. I have been seeing him ever since he came to this practice. It’s a pleasure to have such great eye care here in Alliance!
Things went smoothly and on time.
My experience with Dr. Reiss's office has been extremely frustrating. In early January, Dr. Reiss told me that the contact lenses I have successfully worn for years were being discontinued and that I would need to switch to a different product. After contacting the manufacturer directly, I learned this was false—they confirmed the product was not being discontinued.
