I've gone to Clarkson Eye Care for a while now and have always had a positive experience. The staff is very nice and Dr. Cook is awesome. No complaints.
No one answers the phone I’ve been waiting on glasses for over two weeks. I went in multiple times to see if they ready and if the person that handles orders is on break you have to wait or come back. For some reason they keep telling me the glasses have already been picked up. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had my son has been out of school for two weeks he can’t see without them they say they’re going to call you and never do never again after this I’m done with Clarkson period….Ok it’s been 20 days since I’ve orde... read more
Excellent, friendly staff all around, very seamless flow. Kudos to Rachel who explained everything before hand and her bedside manner was outstanding, made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Cook was very thorough in his examination, answered all my questions and was more than willing to accommodate me in the office!
