It was great service
First experience at this eye doctor. Front desk staff were unfriendly to one another and being snippy with one another upon entering building. Then they started getting short and snippy with me due to my insurance through my husband's work, being a quirky weird insurance. They seemed frazzled in having to make some calls. The guy working there was "we tried to call you yesterday to get this sorted" no call was placed. They do not give off welcoming vibes. This was my first time back to the eye doctor in a LONG time (more than 10 yrs) and the team here made me feel so welcomed and as a person that gets anxious to go to appointments the warm welcoming feeling made it so amazing! They were so kind at the appointment and when explaining things to me upon picking up my new glasses! Would highly recommend!
I have been there a couple times to get my glasses adjusted. I was very pleased for there help the ladys are so nice . thank you
