Everything went well. But the receipt was inaccurate. I was told everything was covered by insurance then I was told there was an extra charge for 44.00 on there that had to be removed by the Dr. then the day after appointment I received an email stating I owe 40.00. Why am I told one thing and something else happens?
Pleased with the service!!! The eye doctor was very pleasant, took time to explain things to me. Very impressed with him. The girls were very helpful picking out new glasses!!!!!
Staff is very knowledgeable and nice
The nurse & doctor were very nice,patient & helpful BUT I recently became wheelchair bound & still tryin 2 adapt 2 my wheelchair I thought I'd be in & out but I was wrong my caregiver & I was there a little over 2 HOUR'S my caregiver only gits paid for 4 hour's a day even though she was with me for 6 1/2 hour's she only gits paid for 4 & bc she stayed stayed with me she also missed her ride home
Staff was very friendly and the Dr. was awesome!!!
