My experience was significantly marred by a major discrepancy in billing and confusing communication from the staff. The front staff was friendly. My tech was thorough and calm. The Dr. He was refreshingly down to earth. He checked his work to make sure all was ok. I asked him if my illness could cause an issue with my eyes. He did not know much about the illness but he impressed me by looking up more information. I had a hard time picking out frames they were VERY patient with me. Dr even came out to help me find a frame. Never had that happen before. I will go back again.
