I went to Clarkson to get an eye exam and get glasses. The staff at this particular location are all super awesome! They're very attentive and friendly. I went in, filled out my new patient paperwork, gave my insurance info etc. Eye exam was quick but very thorough. Got my prescription, lenses picked out. I am very happy with how smooth and wuck the whole process was. Highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare of Washington.
I waited an hour to see the eye doctor. No one even said sorry we are running behind. I was ready to leave. I did get my eyes examined. I feel like it was a good exam. I’m ready to order my glasses. I have called and left a message for a return call. Nothing . Now I am on hold to speak with someone currently it is 20 minutes I have been waiting for someone to get back to me. I’m hanging up and going somewhere else for my glasses.
Very very nice people, but I dont think it should take a month for 1 pair of glasses to get done, I had an appointment the 5th of September and am currently still waiting for my single pair of glasses. I was told it could take up to 7-10 days or a little extra not a whole month, I wouldn't be this upset if the 1 pair wasn't almost $700.
