Part of chain ... very unhelpful and confirmed my insurance, 2 phones calls to do this, then drove 26 miles to find out Dr Rock will not take my insurance. Front desk teenager was clueless and I would never want my customers at my funeral home to be treated this way.
Called Monday morning with what I thought was a clogged tear duct. Dr Rock was able to add me to her schedule later in the day. As day progressed, stye presented and was swelling into my cheek! Dr Rock was right on top of it and ordered an oral antibiotic script as well as antibiotic eye drops immediately. Advised if pharmacy couldn’t fill for any reason to contact her back ASAP. I can't wait to see again. Thank you Clarkson for having such a great staff and Eyecare Doctor. I got cataract surgery in 2020. I've noticed that I've been having trouble cleaning my eyeglasses. Turns out that my implants have a film on them. So now I have to go get it removed. Trust Clarkson Eyecare for your sight.
