Becky Rock is awesome. The staff is real friendly also had a great appointment
They were insisting that I owed $105.84 on a bill. One young woman, slightly argued the fact. Finally called HQ BILLING DEPT, where with my assistance, retired forensic officer, there computer billing system, was not updating correctly. They confirmed after 13 minutes that I did not owe and they actually admitted, other complaints are coming in. I asked them to note it in there system, they did.
