The eye exam was fine except their computers were down. With the help of the front desk people I picked out a pair of eyeglasses. They wrote down all the information and I requested a price. They said they would contact me with that information via email. I requested a hard copy of my prescription. They said they couldn't give it to me because of HIPAA regulations. This facility was amazing! The staff were all beyond helpful and friendly. I will refer everyone I know to this place as I had such a pleasant experience. The doctor was patient and kind. Took time for me on both visits, never making me feel rushed and allowing for any and all questions that I had. This was truly a positive experience.
I used to have a great experience here. However, I had an appointment scheduled and when I showed up, I was told it was canceled after I confirmed it. They were not able to rectify the situation and the next appointment isn't available for at least 2-3 months. I would not recommend Clarkson any longer. After further review, many of their locations have an F rating by the BBB for failure to take action against issues or complaints. This should be all you need to know.
Absolutely 0 help from anyone. Tried to get my glasses fixed and was told they broken from a 3 second inspection , when the Shiloh location fixed the exact same issue in 30mins. I also tried to see if I could get different frames and had 0 help and told all kinds of my glasses weren’t made anymore. Just a straight up lie, this location is a laughing stock compared to others. Lazy and unprofessional workers.
