I've been coming here for a few years. I've had great service until this last visit. I came in on October 20th to purchase a new pair of glasses. I was not told when to expect them in but overheard another worker tell a patient 7 to 10 business days. I called to check on my glasses status 15 days later. I was told they were still in lab and the wait I heard was incorrect that it has always been 10 to 15 business days. Great and friendly service. Best eye exam I have ever had. Dr Rock is the best!
Great exam & did not take long for my glasses to come in. Mark was particularly patient adjusting my frames and got them exactly the way I like them.
