I’ve never had to pay a copay on Medicare I could not get in to the one in edwardsville that I’ve went to for 4 years so I went to the one in highland they checked me out after I paid for the retna scan and they told me I had no copay then a month later I get a letter that says I owe $ 20 dollars for a copay called my insurance and they said you don’t have a copay so they are trying to get $20 dollars from a disabled Vetran won’t be going back there

The eye exam was fine except their computers were down. With the help of the front desk people I picked out a pair of eyeglasses. They wrote down all the information and I requested a price. They said they would contact me with that information via email. I requested a hard copy of my prescription. They said they couldn't give it to me because of HIPAA regulations. This facility was amazing! The staff were all beyond helpful and friendly. I will refer everyone I know to this place as I had such a pleasant experience. The doctor was patient and kind. Took time for me on both visits, never making me feel rushed and allowing for any and all questions that I had. This was truly a positive experience.
