Alexis from the Shiloh location went above and beyond for me this week. I was nervous going to Clarckson being corporate but the doctor and Alexis made the transition so smooth. I can’t wait for my kids and husband to both start going there as well.
FIRST TIME GOING THERE AND THE WHOLE STAFF WAS SO PATIENT WITH ME AND VERY EFFIECENT WITH MY SITUATION. FIRST TALKED WITH ALEXIS AND SHE WAS UNDERSTANDING ABOUT MY FINANCES AND RESCHEDULING APPT. THEN TALKED TO PALAR AND SHE WAS ALSO VERY GOOD ALSO. THEN TALKED TO DR ANNIE MOORKAMP AND VERY AWESOME WITH ALL MY CONCERNS. REALLY RECOMMEND THIS EYECARE.
