I loved going to my appointment at Clarkson Eyecare. The staff are professional. The office is very clean, and the doctor is very thorough with her patients
Never even made it into the office. Called to schedule an appointment for my husband and I. They sent a confirmation text which I promptly replied to. The next day I got a text saying my appointment had been cancelled because I hadn’t confirmed. I sent them a screenshot of me confirming. So they re-added me to the schedule. Fine. Then as we are pulling up to the office, 15 minutes early like they asked, we are told that whoever we spoke with on the phone scheduled us incorrectly and they would need to reschedule us.
