I was extremely impressed with dr. Mindy Miller at the Shiloh Clarkson location. I had a very bad experience with an eye doctor about 40 years ago and have had a phobia ever since. She was very understanding, patient, and explained everything and took as much time as needed to help me feel comfortable and answer my questions. My Dr, who is the only reason I went to Clarkson has left the practice. I went in today to find out where she had gone, and they refused to tell me. They gave me a couple lame excuses, which I totally discounted immediately. Clarkson does not own or control my relationship with my Dr. This type of corporate behavior is totally unacceptable. Everyone needs to know the type of company Clarkson is and how they act. Run, don’t walk, from Clarkson. Too many options out there to put up with this behavior.
