I went into the Shiloh location to get my work glasses tightened. The gentleman not only tightened my work glasses, he offered to tighten my sunglasses, as well. He was very kind to do that! The woman working the front office/desk was very friendly also! The store is very clean and well organized. They have fantastic selection of glasses and they are very professional. I highly recommend them! I will be back there to get new glasses after my cataract surgery!
They will try to Gaslight you!! Buyer Beware! I ordered Tom Ford frames and was shown a website with a amber mirror like transition coating to darken the frame in the sun. My insurance pays for most coatings but I was told I would have to pay extra for my coating. When my glasses came I picked them up and they did not look amber, nor reflective.
