I was very pleased with the service I received at Clarkson Eyecare. They didn't just act like I was a routine exam and a "one and done" they actually made sure that my eyes were healthy and the problem that I was having was top priority! The doctor and the staff were very polite and amazingly efficient. I would highly recommend considering them for your eye care needs. I paid for contacts in February, they finally called to tell me they arrived in June, when I came to pick them up two weeks later, they could not be found, I was told they would figure it out and call me. They never did. I call back and they now say they sent the contacts back to the manufacturer because I waited too long to pick them up, and that now they are on back order. I went for an eye exam and possibly contacts. I was told my co-pay would be 10.00. 150.00 of contacts or glasses would be covered. The total amount ended up 132.27. When they sent me a text saying my contacts where ready I had to call them two separate days to get an appointment for the contact teach. I went to my appointment and watched them lolly gag for 30 minutes just to call me up to tell me the accidentally only ordered for 1 eye. I can’t see the register at my work.
