Absolutely the most amazing experience. I was met with friendliness and professionalism. The staff was wonderful and explained things in detail. The Doctor was exceptional. He thoroughly examined my eyes and explained to me what was happening. I left feeling very confident in my care and diagnosis. When purchasing eyeglasses, the assistant was pleasant, helpful, and informative. There was never any pressure to purchase anything. I would absolutely recommend Clarkson Eye Care in Farmington.
Would not recommend coming here unless there is a physical doctor seeing you. Seeing a virtual doctor is ridiculous. I have had multiple cancellations and reschedulings from their end. On the day of my most recent appointment, I recieved a text 2 hours before the appointment saying I should be there 15 minutes early. Twenty-nine minutes prior to my appointment time I receive a phone call saying that I need to reschedule again due to the fact that the doctor seeing me actually needs to be the virtual doctor from last time.
