Clarkson Eyecare confirmed for me my new insurance was accepted twice before my appointment, then the day of the appointment I'm turned away saying they dont accept it. I called Clarkson back, they again re-reconfirmed they do accept my insurance, updated my chart, confirmed with a supervisor that yes they would accept my insurance, and scheduled an appointment at the Waterloo location. Doctor wanted to argue since we had already been to Washington University Pediatric Optimology. The glasses are good. Waited weeks for contacts and a fitting, the contacts ordered are not correct. The fittings was an absolute joke. Now I'm trying to get a refund since they can't provide the correct contacts.
I have been going to Clarkson Eyecare in Waterloo for many years. Dr. John Bush is the best and the support team is both friendly and professional.
Reception was nice & kind. And, Dr. Bush was very, very thorough, caring and informative. I really like Dr. Bush!! I’ve been going to Dr. Bush and will continue to.
