Eye exam was fine. They suggested new contacts so they wanted me to try out the. Rand before ordering which is fine. I went in a few weeks later to order and they said there’s an additional charge to be sent to my house so they would be shipped to their office and would arrive in 5-7 business days. It’s been over two full weeks and I haven’t received a call that they arrived and are ready to pick up. My visit was very nicely done and I would recommend them to anyone that wants professional eye care
Always a good experience coming into the office in Alton. Even when the kids were a bit rowdy they didn’t complain.
I had been to another place to get my eye diabetic exam done. However, they did not do a refraction. I chose Clarkson Eye Care to do that. They did more than I expected and I came away with a new pair of glasses I'm appreciating.
