Office staff were amazing! I got an email stating how much it was going to cost "in good faith" estimate. I'm a disabled veteran with my free healthcare through the VA. The email said I didn't have insurance although your company was consulted by my insurance. You're also the only company that makes a disabled veteran pay a copay, even though 100 percent of the cost is covered by the VA. *** Update, this company promised to follow up with me but... 6 months later, still haven't.
Exam was good.Didn’t give me the option to opt out of the retinal scan though. Glasses were going to be way too expensive. Wanted to add a protection plan I didn’t request. Even with insurance total was going to be over $400. Took my rx elsewhere instead.
