Horrible and rude. I told them before they started doing anything that I didn’t want to pay anything out of pocket. Then they tried to sneak in some charges that supposedly “weren’t covered” by my insurance. Nicole at the front literally argued with me in front of other customers until the manager came out, calmed her down, and told her I didn’t have to pay. It was super uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. They seriously need new front desk employees. I’m never coming back to this location.
I'm really disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for well over 10 years, but in the past year they just can't seem to get our insurance right on every member of our family. It's a hassle every time we check out. I called to reschedule an appointment just now, got put on hold for 5 minutes, and then was told someone would have to call me back—over 2 hours later, still nothing.... Now I’m looking for a new eyecare provider, which is a shame because Dr. Schwamb is great. Unfortunately, the staff is another story.
Friendly, thorough and considerate. I have been going there for years and will continue!
