The staff is always friendly & helpful! Dr. Center is attentive & caring. Daisy is so knowledgeable about the frames & was able to help me find some I love. Returned for my yearly eye exam & to reorder contacts & get new glasses for me & my husband. I am always so pleased with the staff! Angel & Courtney took care of us today but all of the staff are friendly & helpful. Courtney helped me pick out my frames & her knowledge of the products they sell is very impressive. Daisy was very hospitable with her customer service in making sure I was taken care of.
I had a very frustrating experience with this location. I showed up for my scheduled appointment after receiving a text with the date and time, only to be told it had been canceled because I didn’t “confirm” it. At no point was it clearly communicated that my appointment was only considered pending or that I needed to confirm it separately.
