Very good with staff.
I felt extremely comfortable with the care I received from Clarkson Eyecare. The personnel at the front desk to Dr Howell were helpful and kind. Dr. Howell was friendly, professional, and reassuring, when I presented my concerns. It was a more friendly person experience at Clarkson when compared to gigantic chain providers out there. I recommend them highly.
Horrible experience. I scheduled our 4 year old a month out for her eye exam, I get a call a week before her appointment that she cant be seen because they dont see children under the age of 8. On their website, they claim to accept all ages and also on tbeir website it promotes young children as patients. After a frustrating call with the office staff, claiming because they do not have the correct equipment for someone this young (why they are not getting the equipment or requesting to obtain the correct things is beyond me... read more
As soon as the office manager Andrea saw that my insurance wasn't the elite of coverages. If looks could kill I would be gone. Her all attitude and treatment of me was of being beneath her. Not only unprofessional but completely unjust. I'll never be back no matter what. Completely unacceptable and shouldn't be in any customer service position...
