unfriendly staff (the kind that don't look up from their computers to greet you or speak with you), disorganized (couldn't find my glasses even though I had a text saying they were ready and called to tell them I was picking them up), their entire goal is mark up and sales; misrepresentation on costs. They quote you one thing verbally but when I went to pick up glasses and pay for them it was a whole different cost. Find a better eye doc office.!!
