Great office from the front desk to the Doctor
Mirsada, who works the front desk, was very unprofessional and passive aggressive. She also miscommunicated my health information to the optometrist. I am going to ensure my personal and professional colleagues do not visit the Clarkson Butler Hill location. I have filed a formal complaint with Clarkson. I am writing this review to warn persons considering visiting this location, do not. There are plenty of Clarkson or primary eye providers to visit.
Everyone from lady who took my info down to the lady who helped me choose glasses along with Eye Dr were very helpful
I took my wife to this location on Butler Hill Rd. after she complained her prescription wasn’t right that she received at the Festus Clarkson Eyecare location. The OD, Michael Katich, at this location did an examination & said the previous examination & script was completely wrong. The OD was thorough & provided additional information that wasn’t given at the Festus location & a new script.
