The service was great. The staff was even greater. Everyone is really unhelpful pleasant personalities.

My appointment was canceled less than 24 hours prior due to lack of insurance. Unfortunately it was never requested of me, and I never had a chance to provide it. I will have to find a new provider. Update: they just called me and told me everything above is a lie The fact is, I have the voicemail and call records to back this up.
1star for the awesome eye doctor I’ve been seeing for at least 10 years and 1 star for the young lady who was professional and patient enough to help me choose eyeglasses for my childlike adult face. Three stars lost for the one employee that has worked there the longest. She has been unprofessional and prejudice since I’ve been coming there. Got a phone call that my contacts arrived and were ready for pick up. I went to pick them up today 10:30am on a Wednesday and the office is closed. The sign on the door says they should be open, but no they are closed. The voicemail says they will call me back tomorrow. Who closes on a Wednesday? I'll be finding a new doctor who actually is open during business hours
