Dr Strasser is really nice and pleasant towards you. Answers any and all questions that you may have. Take her time with you and explain anything you need to know. All of the young ladies are very nice , friendly and professional
Front desk people are very friendly and funny. Alyssa was a delight, made my experience very good!!
Horrible experience. Incredibly rude up front. Had to leave and come back multiple times. Difficult to schedule with. Can’t get a straight answer for the life of me, very basic things like “when will I know what my contact prescription is” Also got notably ruder to me when I said that I didn’t want to buy their $1,000 pair of glasses. Terrible business.
