Excellent experience
In August of 2025 I ordered contacts here. Somehow the ordered the wrong prescription - after several weeks of calling and asking for them to get the right lenses, someone finally did. They sent me a bill later for the replacement lenses even though I returned the ones that were the wrong RX that I couldn’t wear without hurting my eyes and head!
