This is a mixed review. I’ll start with the staff/examination part of it: The doctor and assistants/techs were great. Appointment went well and the prescription is wonderful. My insurance covered the visit and examination, I am very pleased with this part of my experience here. My eyeglasses are a completely different story. I have light sensitivity issues, so I ordered and paid for (out of pocket) glasses that will turn darker outside in the sunlight. They do not give me any UV protection whatsoever, no darkening at all. I ... read more
Great environment and friendly staff !
Had a great experience with Dr. Stacks! Was very kind and answered all my questions readily. After my exam was done, staff was helpful in picking out glasses and ordering my contacts.
Worse experience ever. The doctor was excellent however Megan was horrible needs more training and I would never visit this location again. She wasn’t knowledgeable, couldn’t answer questions and it just turned into a horrible experience
I had a great experience with the new doctor, Dr. Stacks.
