Exceptional customer service and professional care
Unfortunately, our experience with Clarkson Eye Care has been consistently disappointing over the years. We’ve had repeated issues with incorrect bifocal measurements and even instances where glasses were misplaced or lost. The most recent experience was the worst. I called to move my appointment sooner because my glasses had broken, and I received both a confirmation email and a text confirming the new appointment. It had been 2 years since I visited the Webster Clarkson. I was happy to see Dr Hirsch and the support staff had all changed, for the better. The assistant, Nevaeh, who did the retinal scan and the initial vision test, was kind, personable and efficient. We ran out of time to look at glasses, but we were informed how to exchange outdated unopened contacts, and were informed we could return when we had time.
