The sales person on the floor tried to sell me a pair of glasses for almost $1500. i basically needed readers! So sad tring to sell someone who is on Medicare!
Staff is very knowledgeable.
Arrived 20 minutes early to the appointment that I waited over a week for and then they took over 45 minutes to try and verify my insurance that they cpuld have asked for beforehand or made the customer aware they would need it beforehand and then told me they had to reschedule me when it was their fault and I would have to wait over another week for another appointment. Never using Clarkson Eyecare again.
Everyone was very helpful. My new glasses were very costly.
