I've only had to deal with opticians- I did not use their eye doctors, but my experience with the Clarkson Eye Care in O'Fallon, MO has been a terrible one. I took my 3 yr old there to get glasses and they seem to have no knowledge of fitting children and don't really seem to care either. Both of the opticians I have dealt with are not very knowledgeable and one of them in particular has been incredibly rude and disrespectful. I will never use them again.
