They do the big jobs for the bigger money and then when you need the smaller work to actually complete what you need, they ignore your emails and say they’ll phone you back, which they don’t. Over and over. Complete waste of time unless you have a job over hundreds of pounds. They talk and treat you like you’re optional if you’re just a simply house task.
