Less than 100 stars!!! It's very difficult to live here when the HOA allows residents to smoke marijuana and the odor permeates through the walls into my townhome!!!! The only option is to move somewhere else but why? Why is it that marijuana smokers have more rights than non-smokers??? Marijuana smoke smells horrible!!!
