We've been very pleased with Craftmark in terms of value, quality construction and the townhome. We bought in the Crown neighborhood in Gaithersburg. We found they were very good at tracking any customizations and options. Any issues have been minor after moving in and we've found them to be responsive in addressing. Excellent house: spacious, newly build. Half of the rooms are lit by the sun during the day. Modern Bosch kitchen appliances. Lots of nice area to walk our kids. We are glad. Sales manager Lou Kalra was very efficient, nice, professional. He explained all details about the new house and was not afraid to spend time on us. All questions were quickly addressed.
We recently moved from Georgia and almost nothing had been going "right". With the help of our agent, Seth Shapero, we found Clarksburg Town Center and everything became a breeze from there. Lou Kalra was awesome! He was very responsive and knowledgeable. If he didn't have an answer himself- he replied that he was working on finding out, then would quickly follow-up. We bought our townhome in August and the process can be challenging! However, Lou Kalra was very professional and was there for us even after hours! He made our process a pleasant experience and we are thoroughly enjoying our home.
