(1) We had a plumbing emergency--a leaking water heater. Charlie from Clarksburg Plumbing came to our house. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Overall the company was professional, the service was prompt and the communication was great. A special shout out to Franklin and Chris who was the crew that performed the work. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and got right to work. Not only did they solve the issue efficiently, but they also took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up afterward. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it really shows. Courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
John Brown is the nicest, most professional plumber I've had the pleasure of working with. He's thorough, competent, and open about what to expect, and what needs to be done and why. First class.
Asked for a simple toilet pump installation. I had Al the prices ready to go. Tech didn’t do anything, took one look at the toilet and decided it didn’t need the install. Even though i had already bought the piece and paid the non refundable fee. Still having issues with my toilet. What a scam
