Wow, loved this experience!! Clarksburg Plumbing offered a same day service, gave me the Plumber of choice, who showed up on time. Ben diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it quickly. We had a sewage backup within three days of moving into our new home. We called Clarksburg, and Charlie came and did a great, thorough job. He explained everything he was doing, and even recommended a great water damage mitigation company. I will definitely be calling them back if we have another issue.
Well I should not have created my review before the project was completed. Everything started good and after getting the estimate live, I agreed to the high price because I don’t have time and he was ready and able to start the project right away. After finishing some work calls, I was finally able to go see the work around lunchtime.
