When my mother was in palliative care with Dr. Fauser she received stellar care. It was obvious how much she cared and my mom really liked her which was important to me. She also supported me (my mom's caregiver) throughout the last 18 months of her life. Dr. Murphy is compassionate and very thorough in her investigations. Main Family Doctors and Nurse Practitioners (Advertised on Website) are extremely high quality. Sellers Market though so good luck.
Never had time to see my elderly mother in the few years I had up here with her! They were only open 3 days a week for patients. The kicker was she died on a Friday and then had an appointment 3 days later on the Monday and they had no idea she had passed away even though they were notified. So I went in her place and lambasted them for their incompetence! And now they send a “we hope this letter finds you and your family in excellent health “ ! I mean, how horrible is that! I’m going to report them !!
10 years behind on technology usage. Very frequent issues with faxing important documents on time, and require checking in to see if documents are actually sent, frequently the checkups are necessary. Online booking system favors people who wake up at 4am, doesn't help people who do shift work. Calling in for same day booking is also unreliable.
