Never had time to see my elderly mother in the few years I had up here with her! They were only open 3 days a week for patients. The kicker was she died on a Friday and then had an appointment 3 days later on the Monday and they had no idea she had passed away even though they were notified. So I went in her place and lambasted them for their incompetence! And now they send a “we hope this letter finds you and your family in excellent health “ ! I mean, how horrible is that! I’m going to report them !!
10 years behind on technology usage. Very frequent issues with faxing important documents on time, and require checking in to see if documents are actually sent, frequently the checkups are necessary. Online booking system favors people who wake up at 4am, doesn't help people who do shift work. Calling in for same day booking is also unreliable. Ever since Dr. Euler left, this clinic has gone from a 5-star medical office to barely deserving 1 star—if I could give none, I would. It's unclear if they’re serving the public or just themselves. The same-day appointment system is a nightmare: who can afford to book time off work, only to discover there are no appointments available? They’re consistently late, sometimes by an hour or more, and appointments feel rushed. The receptionists are not very helpful, adding to the frustration. Emergency room doctors refer me to my own doctor. They only take same day appointments. Take a day off work, call at 8:30 for an appointment and they're already full? How is that possible? Oh, and you'll be lucky if you actually see a doctor because they're not actually often there. No doctors in on Wednesday, no doctors in on Friday...Sorry, try again tomorrow.
