I have 2 great experiences with this company. 5 years ago they replaced my HVAC and the unit has ran flawless. Just yesterday the same unit wasn’t cooling and I called them this morning hoping they can stop by today to check for the problem and they appeared to make me the 1st appointment. That is incredible service. Luckily it was only a simple part that was quickly and inexpensive to replace! It’s wonderful to know a company that can be trusted to do right for their customers in this day and age especially on a hot day !!
Randy is amazing. I had another company come and quote me almost $3k which I knew something was odd. I called Clarksburg heating and they came out within the hour and fixed for not even a fraction of the cost. Also, Randy gave me a call and told me what was happening. Very honest and couldnt recommend them enough!
I highly recommend Randy and Clarksburg Heating & Air for all HVAC services. I called Randy at the suggestion of a neighbor when the outdoor unit of my heat pump stopped working during the snow and arctic cold of January 2026. Even though he had a full schedule that day, he stopped by and checked the outdoor unit and removed a clump of icicles adhering to the grill and extending into the interior of the unit. I was very happy with the quick response when I called Clarksburg Heating when I had a problem with my furnace. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. I had no heat during extremely cold weather. The problem was fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this company.
