Randy and his team are great. After receiving a ridiculous quote from a highly rated competitor, we reached out to Clarksburg Heating. They came back with a quote that was OVER 30% cheaper. While a third estimate came back equivalent, CH's warranty was much better, so we went with them. Randy and his team did a fantastic job two days after I accepted their proposal - in the heat of summer. No idea how they do with repairs, but they are incredibly aggressive, angry, foul, dangerous drivers. Were right on my bumper and I gave a hand gesture asking them to back off. It only egged the pair of them on to continue aggressive driving. When they passed, they flipped me the bird and rolled their window down to yell some profanities. I slowed down so I was not along side, and they slowed down trying to get alongside of us. Eventually the driver gunned the accelerator and almost ran us off the road. Highly recommend Clarksburg Heating & A/C! They repaired our A/C during the intense heat wave last month and got it working quickly at short notice. Matt, the owner, was very knowledgeable, experienced, and charged a very reasonable price for excellent service. Will repeat!

I have 2 great experiences with this company. 5 years ago they replaced my HVAC and the unit has ran flawless. Just yesterday the same unit wasn’t cooling and I called them this morning hoping they can stop by today to check for the problem and they appeared to make me the 1st appointment. That is incredible service. Luckily it was only a simple part that was quickly and inexpensive to replace! It’s wonderful to know a company that can be trusted to do right for their customers in this day and age especially on a hot day !!
