One of the best hvac companies I have used since owning a house. Very professional, honest and reliable and responsive.
I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had been disappointed by two other companies who I booked appointments with but they didn’t show up. I had called a few other places and explained that due to having a tiny baby in the house, getting my AC running was an emergency, but no one empathized. Until I found Clarksburg HVAC. Randy was awesome. Responsive, a problem-solver and very trustworthy. He went above and beyond to solve an A/C issue. Other places just gave me overpriced quotes without trying to find the right solution. Look no further for your HVAC needs.
Ryan saved the day! Our AC stopped working after a maintenance appointment with another PE owned firm. We started scheduling quotes to replace our current system. During our estimate, Ryan lets me know that he can get it working in a few minutes. We had a simple electrical/wire disconnection. AC is now working just fine! Randy went above and beyond to help us. Our AC went on a Friday night. He went out of his way to answer our questions and make a quick diagnosis repair over the weekend.
