Ive been going here for a few years now and my overall experience has been good, but this last visit is where the problems started. Dr Lin told the front desk to run a pre-auth with my insurance for a bridge and an implant so I could see how much each would cost to help me decide whether to get a bridge or implant. A week later, they call me back to say they have a recent pre-auth for bridge (from Feb 2011). I asked about the implant and she said they have not submitted and I'd need to have a consult w/the implant specialist so he could give her the codes?? News to me.
