Just got two heat pumps installed at my place. The service right from the initial phone call to finished product was excellent service. They were super quick and did an excellent job. I couldn’t have asked for a better job done.
Clarksburg Contractors sold us an expensive system that has never worked properly. After the install, it was immediately apparent that the system was not suitable. Clarksburg has not stood by their product and has mainly argued with us or ignored our pleas for help. It was very difficult to get anyone to come out to try to fix things. When someone did come, he spent the whole time on the phone talking to customer care somewhere.
